From First Swing to the Next Level. Here's the Pathway.
Five stages, from fundamentals to high school, provincial, and college ball. Our coaches have played and coached at every level, from high school to Major League Baseball, and we meet your athlete wherever they are on the road.

Two Ways to Train. One Destination.
-

In-Person: Stages 1-4
Year-round training at our Fredericton facility, with full coaching staff and tech behind every session.
-

Remote: Stage 5
Provincial team, showcase season, or college out of town? Same coaches, same plan, anywhere.
The Five Stages of the Pathway
Not every athlete starts at the beginning, and not every goal is the same. The pathway runs through these five stages, and we meet your athlete wherever they are on it, with coaches who mentor them through each step.
-
Where it starts. Throwing, catching, hitting, and movement taught right from day one, with age-appropriate tools and a love of the game. Get this right and everything above it comes easier.
-
Once the foundation is set, athletes focus on a skill (hitting, pitching, catching, or fielding) with an individual plan built on measurable data: exit velo, pitch velo, pop time.

Catching Lab (Coming Soon) -
Our flagship. November through April, multiple sessions a week, with individual development plans and competitive training built into every session. Athletes show up to spring ahead of where they left fall.
-
For athletes playing high school, travel, or chasing provincial teams. Train around a school schedule and sharpen what separates athletes at tryouts. This is also where college advisory starts: an honest read on where your athlete fits (U Sports, CCBA, JUCO, NCAA) and help building the profile and film to get there.
-
When provincial team, showcase season, or college takes your athlete out of town, the plan doesn't stop. Same coaches, same data, delivered remotely through the Player Development App, with ongoing advisory as they navigate the next level. Every session's data stays in the app, so the plan continues wherever they're playing.
